Effective Differentiation of Instruction K-12 (LISD Special Ed Only)

Differentiated Instruction is teaching with the student in mind rather than adopting a standardized approach to teaching and learning. Differentiated instruction motivates the high achievers to uncover deeper layers of learning, while simultaneously structuring curriculum to support struggling learners or students with disabilities. In this session, participants will receive teaching strategies to implement sentence and paragraph composing as a part of the writing process with students of different levels and interests.
