Counselors Secondary Training (Self Image/Self Esteem)
Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.
The topic of this day is Self Image/Self Esteem and is only a one day training. Having high self-esteem isn’t about telling everyone how wonderful you are. It’s more about trying your best, realizing that you won’t always succeed but always willing to take a chance at life. This session will help the counselor consider self-esteem/self-image/self-concept in general sense with the implications for themselves and their successes in life. After looking “within” discussion and application will move towards helping others (especially students) develop and strengthen this all-important aspect of their personalities. The counselor will learn specific techniques, experiential exercises, role plays, journaling, and questioning/discussion
