We discussed:

TxEIS switch over to Region One: Brooks County ISD agreed to allow us to contact TCC to get the access switched over to Region One. I have already instructed Guillermo to begin this process and have emailed Nikki at TCC and Janelle at Region 2 to advise. Alissa Sanchez (BCISD) just asked us to wait until 9/11/2019, after they run their payroll.

Orion Consortium: JV Salinas expressed interest in joining. They are currently on Spectrum as their ISP and use SmartCom to link their campuses on 10 Gig connections.

We are working on getting the documents to you.

Cyber Security workshops: Would like to get the agendas when available and any information pertaining to these workshops.

We will get this to you later this week.

Cyber Security services: They are interested in these types of services. I’m coordinating with Daniel to get a date so he can visit their district.

Daniel Ramirez, our ISO, would like to set a time for him to visit next week. He will coordinate separately with you to coordinate what his topics will be.

Cisco trainings: Want to be included in notices for these workshops, including the once scheduled in Laredo on 10/18/19.

I’m attaching the flyer and course overview document to this email. We can do a special price of $2,099 per seat.

VOIP on the Cloud: Asked for any recommendations we may have in order to move away from their current Cisco VOIP.

Homework assignment for me, give me a few weeks on this.
