Literacy Development and Symbolic Communication- Assistive Technology solutions for Alternative Reading.
Alternate Reading looks at alternatives to traditional literacy tools for students with significant cognitive and/or physical disabilities that limit their ability to demonstrate learning via paper-pencil options. Most of the tools that we will explore are low cost and readily made by teachers and parents.
