If you attended the Restorative Discipline Coordinators Round Table COVID-19 series, a collaborative effort between Regions 1, 2, 3, and 4, then this series is for you! Regions 1, 2, and 4 invite you to attend our RD coaching series. The Restorative Discipline (RD) Coordinators Coaches Corner is a platform for campus or district RD Coordinators from three regions of Texas to share reflective thinking through open dialogue, problem-solve, and network with other coordinators. Build your campuses and district's capacity for effective RD practices to improve relationships with students, teachers, families, and improve school climate. Gain practical information and various approaches for maintaining buy-in, improving the fidelity of implementation, and utilizing RD within an MTSS framework. Participants will explore strategies to embed social and emotional learning, cultural responsiveness, and equitable practices. The Coaches corner will provide strategies for continuous improvement of your RD practices, action plans, online resources, as well as opportunities for feedback and support.
