**ROMA ISD ONLY** It Takes a Village...to Prevent Dropout and Increase Graduation Rates

This session will include a basic understanding of implications, what data is used and how the RDA indicator # 7 SPED Annual Dropout Rate (Grades 7-12) is calculated, a review of coding to ensure accuracy, address leaver reports, highlight Pre-ETS (Employment Transition Services) to target @ risk students with disabilities, increase monitoring activities of students to remain on track/prevent dropout, strategies and incentives for students, teachers, and parents to encourage and motivate to stay in school, and share additional outside resources available to students & families to increase graduation rates.
