Literacy Academy for Emergent Bilingual Students Grades K-2

In teaching emergent bilingual students, there must be a balance between native language and second language instruction. Through this academy, participants will learn and practice highly effective instructional approaches that will target the five components of reading while emphasizing metalinguistic awareness.
