GEAR UP: Universal Design for Learning- A Toolkit of Possibilities

In a world with an abundance of tools to engage our students, why does it sometimes feel impossible to meet the needs of all the diverse students in our classroom? Join me as we explore practical applications of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), a framework that focuses on creating better learning environments for all learners by demonstrating new and alternative ways to present information and engage students in the classrooms. We will explore UDL within lesson design, and helpful technology tools that support flexible, inclusive instruction for diverse learners and students which may need accommodations. Open to GEAR UP College Ready-Career Set project participants.
