Writing Appropriate Measurable Post-Secondary Goals / Transition 101

This VIRTUAL training will give educators the information and tools needed to write appropriate measurable postsecondary goals as part of a student’s transition plan. Learning to write appropriate measurable postsecondary goals is the foundation for building quality transition services for students with disabilities. This session also incorporates components of Transition Assessments and A Coordinated Set of Activities, and offers coaching once the session is complete.
Participants MUST be registered prior to the workshop. Late registration will not be allowed for this session. Once the registration period is complete, participants will receive a zoom link to access before the training. The option is open to teachers for coaching and assistance with developing and writing appropriate, measurable post-secondary goals once participants have completed the session.
