McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (Online Course)

The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act authorizes the Federal Education for Homeless Children and Youth (TEHCY) Program and is the primary piece of federal legislation related to the education of children and youth experiencing homelessness. Participants will complete a self paced training to learn about the legislative mandates tied to the McKinney-Vento Act, the identification process, and the services to be provided to students who are serviced through McKinney-Vento.
