Interactive Social Studies - Cold War - Civil Rights (US History)

Participants will experience components of strong instructional practices (Knowledge Coherence, Evidence Based Responses, Multiple Perspectives, and Text Complexity) in Social Studies with the focus on Cold War-Civil Right Eras. They will engage in research-based practices & hands-on activities to enhance classroom instruction & improve student success for diverse learners! Cross curricular connections will be addressed to support the integration of literacy with social studies content.
