Childhood Traumatic Grief: Understanding Developmental Differences and Effective Interventions

The purpose of this training is to equip participants with knowledge and skills to identify and address childhood traumatic grief, considering developmental stages and trauma's impact on the brain. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of childhood traumatic grief, enabling them to deliver informed and effective support to bereaved youth. Topics to be discussed include an introduction to childhood traumatic grief, developmental differences in bereaved youth, the impact of trauma on the brain, and childhood development evidence-based interventions.
