Pre-Conference Day 1: Breakfast and lunch will be provided. The event kicks off featuring an engaging opening session and our Whimsical Wonders Presentations from 18 different vendors. The day concludes with a 1-hour session on EDGAR Procurement Requirements and an interactive session to test your knowledge of procurement terminology. We invite you to stay for the Enchanted Winter Social Event at the Hilton Garden Inn, where refreshments and appetizers will be served, providing a relaxed setting to continue networking and build relationships.

Conference Day 2: Breakfast and lunch will be provided. The day kicks off featuring a Keynote Speaker, Jacob James Garcia, focusing on the theme "Awareness and Celebration of Self". Attendees will then have the opportunity to explore the Exhibit Hall, showcasing 60 vendors offering a wide range of products and services, including promotional merchandise, professional consultants, classroom and office furniture, technology solutions, and more.
