(Laredo ISD) Observation Calibration Support - Domain 2

The Observation Calibration process helps appraisers increase and ensure scoring accuracy for T-TESS. Appraisers will be provided with practical observation calibration tools to support with the development of the calibration timeline, review and analysis of teacher observation data with a focus on individual T-TESS domains, and engage in multiple opportunities to strengthen calibration within the school system.
o Appraiser Calibration Re-Set for T-TESS Language and Process to ensure valid and reliable teacher observation data
o Creating a common language for teacher observation calibration
o Quality of Evidence alignment to ratings and feedback
