CTE - Local Comprehensive Needs Assessment Section 1-2-3

This session is for those CTE Administrators/Leaders that have not attended a previous CLNA workshop or need a refresher on the CLNA process. The session will cover the mandated topics by TEA regarding the CLNA. We will review the entire CLNA application and how to complete each of the seven parts. Participants will need to download the TEA Data sent to each district through the TEAL accounts. If, you do not have a TEAL account, you must contact some in your district who has access. The TEA Data is needed to complete your CLNA. Districts must complete the CLNA Application before having access to their Perkins Application.
This session will have a hands-on approach providing CTE Administrators the opportunity to work on Part 2 – Student Performance & Part 3 – Labor Market Alignment of the Perkins V CLNA.
Please note that this session is a continuation of the previous session. We will work through each question one by one, while allowing time for the sharing of questions or ideas regarding each of the sections to be completed. We are also looking to invite a member from the Workforce Solutions team to join in and provide us further guidance on the Labor Market Alignment section of the application.
