Active Learning: Complex Needs/VI/AT Teams Project: Day 2 Evaluation

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

**In-Person non-consecutive day workshop. Full attendance to all sessions preferred, but not required**
Active Learning emphasizes that all individuals learn best through active participation. Active Learning can be used with many individuals, but it is especially
beneficial for learners who are: blind and visually impaired, Deaf-Blind, individuals who function at the 0-48 month level developmentally - no matter what their chronological age - and for individuals who experience global delays in physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Active Learning was developed by Dr. Lilli Nielsen of Denmark.
Come join us as we review the principles, implementation, evaluation, and create hands on activities to apply Active Learning with students. Follow up support will be available as needed.

Special Education Supervisors, Special Education Self-Contained Teachers, Teachers for Students with Visual Impairments, Special Education Self-Contained Paraprofessionals, Related Service Providers (OT, PT, Speech, Adaptive PE, and COMS), Assistive Technology Specialists/Teams, ECSE Teachers, and Homebound Teachers.
