DISCOVERY EDUCATION EXP04: Spotlight on Strategies

The session kicks off with the SOS Eye Spy, allowing participants to activate learning and experience an SOS. This is followed with framing questions for the session. An overview of the Top Five Things to Know about DE provides participants with a full picture of the experience; the session will reference and build off previous learning. While SOS are the focus of the session today, find and save resources is also referenced. Participants use the Eye Spy SOS in a new way to share what they learn from the exploration. Participants are given time to explore and share out. The session closes with an interactive sharing, call to action, next steps, and a survey.

Librarians, teachers, administrators, tutors, and anyone who wants to learn more about how to integrate Discovery Education with instruction.
