Restorative Practices - Coordinator Tier II Training (Module 2)

Through interactive discussions and role play activities, this course will cover essential topics such as repairing the harm and how the student behavior affects others. Participants will learn and understand how to facilitate open dialogue in conflicts using guided questions, the educator/Restorative Practitioner/ Restorative Coordinator role in assisting individuals repair harm and rebuild relationships, and how to individuals in accepting responsibility for their actions. Module 1: Administrator Training is a pre-requisite for this 6-hour course.
