This immersive 2-day training is grounded in the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) and is designed to
equip campus and district leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Throughout the training, participants will engage deeply with the ESF essential actions, with a focus on: Strong School Leadership and Planning (Lever 1): Leaders will refine campus priorities and build strategic action plans aligned to the ESF. Strategic Staffing and High- Quality Instructional Planning and Delivery (Levers 2 & 4): Participants will explore how intentional classroom observations and coaching cycles support teacher development and improved instruction. Data-Driven Instruction and Effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) (Lever 5): Leaders will strengthen their ability to lead impactful data meetings that result in responsive instruction and improved student outcomes. Positive School Culture (Lever 3): Emphasis is placed on cultivating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that fosters high expectations and shared ownership for student success. By anchoring all learning in the Effective Schools Framework, this training ensures that campus and district leaders leave with practical strategies and aligned systems that directly support the continuous improvement process for the 2025–2026 school year.
