MEP Non-Project Summer Distribution 2025 (IDEA only)

Region One ESC Migrant Education Program (ESSA-Title I Part C) provides supplemental services to eligible and identified migratory students who do not currently receive services from their residency only district. Based on the MEP Family Needs Assessment, the Region One Migrant Program will be providing compliance items to migratory students. Based on the ESC ESSA Basic Services grant, direct instructional services includes activities such as tutoring in core content areas, statewide student assessment tutorials, reading instruction by a teacher, math instruction by a teacher, Project SMART, A Bright Beginning (ABB), Early Literacy Migrant Program, etc. Support services: includes activities such as clothing, school supplies, vision and/or hearing screenings, student leadership programs approved by the State MEP, etc.
