This professional development session equips special education educators with practical, evidence-based behavior supports tailored for students with autism and emotional/behavioral challenges. Participants will deepen their understanding of the underlying factors driving behavior, explore proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, and build a toolkit of interventions that promote self-regulation, engagement, and success. Through real-world scenarios, collaborative planning, and ready-to-use resources, educators will leave empowered to respond with confidence and compassion to the unique needs of their learners.
