Through real world examples and practical tips, participants will strengthen their ability to serve as the welcoming face of the school while maintaining professionalism, boundaries, and warmth. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to enhance daily interactions and represent their school and district with pride.

Topics Include: First impressions and positive communication, adapting to different audiences, handling common office challenges, de-escalation and boundary setting, representing the district with pride, building a welcoming front office environment.
