The ROESC TIA Consortium provides a collaborative network for all ESC1 districts as well as customized ongoing support. Consortium participants will have access to: Technical Assistance, Coaching, Support & Feedback, and Customizing Ongoing Support. This cohort is tailored specifically for Returning TIA Leads & Districts with System Renewals during the 2025-2026 school year.

Participants will review TEA's most up-to-date guidance, walk through each section of the submission, and learn how to coordinate with district departments to collect required data. This session provides the clarity and tools needed to submit confidently before the October 16, 2025 deadline. This session is part of the New TIA Coordinator Support Series.

This session highlights the critical role of cross-department collaboration in building and sustaining a successful Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) system. Participants will explore how each department: Human Resources, Finance, Data Analysis, Curriculum & Instruction, PEIMS, and Technology, contributes to accurate data collection, reliable teacher observations, valid student growth measures, and transparent funding processes. Through guided discussions and practical examples, district leaders will learn strategies to clarify roles, strengthen communication, and align efforts across teams to ensure fidelity of implementation and long-term TIA success.
