This session highlights the critical role of cross-department collaboration in building and sustaining a successful Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) system. Participants will explore how each department: Human Resources, Finance, Data Analysis, Curriculum & Instruction, PEIMS, and Technology, contributes to accurate data collection, reliable teacher observations, valid student growth measures, and transparent funding processes.
