This interactive workshop is designed for district leaders who will serve as trainers and coaches for the updated Texas Student Learning Objectives (SLO) process. Participants will engage in hands-on learning around the redesigned SLO model, explore strategies for supporting teachers at each phase of implementation, and practice using tools and exemplars that can be adapted for districtwide rollout.

By the end of the session, district leaders will:
- Deepen their understanding of the Texas SLO redesign and its connection to TIA and T-TESS
- Build capacity to lead SLO training and coaching within their own districts
- Access ready-to-use materials, exemplars, and resources for campus and teacher support
This TOT equips districts with the knowledge and tools needed to ensure consistent, high-quality SLO implementation across classrooms.
