Be the Light: A Teacher Self-Care Acrylic Painting Experience

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Join us for a rejuvenating self-care session designed especially for educators. This Acrylic Painting Workshop provides a calm, creative space to pause, reflect, and reconnect through the theme of “Be the Light”—celebrating hope, positivity, and the impact teachers have on their students and communities.

Participants will engage in mindful painting while enjoying a soothing atmosphere with calming music, soft lighting, and essential oils. No art experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down and express positivity and light through color and creativity.

Objectives:

Provide teachers with a hands-on self-care experience that promotes relaxation and mindfulness.

Encourage reflection on personal impact and positivity through creative expression.

Strengthen staff connection and morale through a shared creative activity.
