See the Whole Student: Meeting Needs, Building Bonds

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

In this interactive workshop, educators will explore strategies to better understand and connect with their students. Through reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities, participants will examine how relationships form the foundation of effective teaching and a positive classroom climate.

A key focus will be Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, highlighting how students must have their basic physical, emotional, and social needs met before they can fully engage in learning. Together, we’ll identify ways to recognize and support these needs in our daily interactions, ensuring that every child feels seen, valued, and ready to learn.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical tools and insights to foster trust, empathy, and stronger teacher-student relationships—creating classrooms where all students can thrive.
