Teen Mental Health: What's Normal, What's Not, and How Parents Can Help is a 1 hour virtual session for Parents & Educators to learn about Teen Mental Health. Participants will learn to identify behaviors and emotions, how to speak with their adolescent and how best to support them. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive activities and conversation while also obtaining resources. Participants have the option to join one of two virtual sessions offered - English in the A.M. & Spanish in the P.M.
