This session is designed to strengthen T-TESS appraiser calibration, with an in-depth focus on Domain 2, specifically Dimensions 2.3 (Communication) and 2.5 (Monitor & Adjust). Participants will engage in a structured review of T-TESS language and processes to ensure the validity, reliability, and consistency of teacher observation data. The training will emphasize building a shared, common language for observing and discussing instruction, while also refining appraisers’ ability to collect high-quality evidence that aligns accurately to performance ratings.
