This session provides a foundational overview of the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) for district stakeholders new to the program. Participants will gain an understanding of TIA’s statutory components, timelines, and allotment structure, as well as the purpose of TIA in recognizing effective instruction and supporting teacher growth and student outcomes. The session is designed to build shared understanding and clarity as the district begins the TIA application process.
