As we prepare for School Year 2026–2027, we invite you to join our upcoming USDA Foods Office Hours designed to help refresh and review key processes for forecasting and ordering USDA Foods.

These informal sessions provide an opportunity to:

Review forecasting and ordering timelines and requirements

Walk through best practices and common pitfalls

Ask questions specific to your program or district

Receive guidance to support accurate planning for the upcoming school year

Whether you are new to USDA Foods or looking for a refresher, these office hours are a great chance to strengthen your understanding and ensure you’re ready for SY 2026–2027.
