LPAC and ARD Collaboration for the Dually Identified Students - Hidalgo ISD (ONLY)

This interactive 3-hour session is designed for LPAC and Special Education committee members to strengthen collaboration in the decision-making process for English learners (EBs) who are dually identified as students with disabilities, particularly those with the most significant cognitive disabilities. Participants will examine the legal frameworks, shared responsibilities, and guidance on classification and reclassification in alignment with Texas regulations and federal guidance.
