From Dashboards to Decisions: Tiered Data Systems That Expand Dual Credit Access

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Presenter: Renee Garcia | PSJA ISD
Early College High Schools rely on purposeful use of data to expand Dual Credit access while ensuring students are academically prepared for success. This session examines how structured data systems support informed decision-making and strengthen Dual Credit enrollment strategies.

By organizing and analyzing student data across multiple readiness indicators, campus leaders are able to identify students who are TSIA-ready or approaching readiness, align targeted academic supports, and make timely enrollment decisions. This approach improves coordination across instructional and advising teams and ensures students are placed in opportunities aligned to their readiness level.

As a result, Early College High Schools implementing this model have experienced increased TSIA readiness rates, stronger Dual Credit enrollment outcomes, and clearer alignment to CCRSM expectations. Participants will gain actionable insight into how data-informed systems support sustainable enrollment growth, stronger student outcomes, and systemwide consistency.
