Designing High-Impact College & Career Readiness Partnerships: Accountability, Strategy, and Organizational Flexibility

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Presenters: Kevin Garcia, Harlingen CISD & Zachary Gonzalez, The Princeton Review

How can districts prepare for the evolving demands of House Bill 8 while building a sustainable, student-centered college and career readiness culture? Through the story of Harlingen CISD’s multi-year partnership journey with The Princeton Review — from SAT/ACT prep to TSI, AP support, and back to SAT — this session demonstrates how flexible collaboration and data-driven planning can elevate readiness outcomes. Attendees will examine current CCMR requirements, explore service models that drive student achievement, and engage in activities designed to spark dialogue, break down silos, and rethink how to leverage external partners for wrap-around readiness support.
