Customer Service
The customers service training is a 6 hr. course split into two courses. This course provides a comprehensive, two-part learning experience designed to strengthen foundational and advanced customer service skills. Across six hours of instruction, participants learn how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, handle challenges with confidence, and apply modern service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
