PLC LIFT Launch: Driving Student Outcomes Through High-Impact PLCs (Zoom Only)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

In this focused 45-minute session, participants will examine how three core PLC structures lesson internalization, lesson rehearsal, and student work analysis function as an integrated system rather than isolated practices. The session highlights how strong internalization strengthens HQIM alignment and pacing, how rehearsal sharpens instructional delivery and checks for understanding , and how structured analysis of student work informs responsive adjustments to Tier 1 instruction. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of how these routines reinforce one another, create tighter feedback loops, and directly improve student outcomes while strengthening campus capacity and sustainability through ESC1 partnership.
