Participants will develop competencies to:
1. Establish effective mentoring partnerships
2. Guide mentees in developing a welcoming, accessible, and organized learning environment
3. Lead mentees in effective instructional preparation and delivery practices including lesson internalization and rehearsal
4. Guide mentees in analyzing student work and making strategic instructional shifts
5. Implement co-teaching strategies that prepare candidates to successfully lead their own classroom

Participants will engage in 24 hours of high-quality, competencies-aligned training in: Summer 2026, Fall 2026, Winter 2026-27, Spring 2027

Any mentoring educators who mentor pre- or early-service teachers, including, Mentor teachers of beginning teachers, Host teachers of teacher residents. Any appropriate district and campus leaders who work with the pre- and early-service teachers, including: Principals, Assistant Principals, Instructional Coaches.
