Leading Through Crucial Conversations: Prioritizing What Matters Most

We will collaboratively develop and align the TEA required Local Improvement Plan based on the Campus 2025 Accountability data and Federal Identification.
We will provide customized support through the following structured model:
Case Management
• The campus will be assigned a case manager who will provide support and guidance to navigate the implications of escalation from a State D rating, and/or ATS/TSI to Comprehensive status.
• The case manager will provide five sessions:
o Accountability Overview and Goal Setting by Domain
o Creation and Submission of a Local Improvemnt Plan aligned to Essential Action 1.3 of the Effective Schools Framework
o Progress Monitoring Using Campus Benchmark Assessment Data and Strategic Updates to the LIP Plan Based on Findings
o Monitoring Implementation, Evaluating Progress, and Delivering Actionable Feedback Aligned to the Local Improvement Plan.
o Comprehensive Review and Evaluation of Spring 2026 Accountability (Projection) Data to Determine Progress Toward Established Performance Goals
