This session serves as the first step in Region One’s partnership with Weslaco ISD to support continuous improvement through the LIFT framework. During this collaborative conversation, district and campus leaders will share key insights about current instructional systems, priorities, and experiences with High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), including Bluebonnet Learning.

The purpose of this session is to gather context and better understand existing strengths, structures, and areas of focus across the district. Participants will engage in guided discussion around instructional practices, leadership systems, coaching supports, and implementation progress to inform a comprehensive needs assessment.

Information gathered during this session will be used to develop a tailored support plan aligned to district goals and LIFT priorities, ensuring that future professional learning and coaching are responsive, targeted, and impactful.
