Region One will partner with Weslaco ISD to collaboratively develop and facilitate a comprehensive needs assessment aligned to LIFT priorities. Through a combination of stakeholder interviews, artifact review, and analysis of instructional systems, we will work alongside district and campus leaders to identify strengths, clarify areas for growth, and prioritize high-impact next steps. This process is designed to build a shared understanding of current practices and inform a targeted, strategic support plan that aligns with the district’s goals for effective HQIM implementation and instructional coherence.
