Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

The session will provide a review of recent updates by the 88th Texas Legislative Session that Apply to LSSPs. Pertinent changes to the Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) and Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) Act & Rules as they pertain to LSSP’s will also be reviewed. The participant will understand and identify which areas in the ethics code are most applicable in dealing with the provision of services. Participants will also examine their current practice in dealing with ethical issues and how to utilize an ethical decision-making model. The length of this training is 3 hours, which partially meets the BHEC/TSBEP requirement for six hours of ethics training per renewal period. #IdentificationESC1
