Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a professional development training that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges or crises in adolescents (ages 12–18). The course equips educators, counselors, and youth-serving professionals with practical skills to support young people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns promoting early intervention and connecting them to appropriate help and resources.
