These sessions are designed to ensure coherence, clarity, and impact across all LIFT supports within the Region. Led by the LIFT Lead, District Coaches (DCs) come together to strengthen alignment of messaging, strategy, and implementation across LEAs and campuses while building their capacity to assess context, identify needs, and prioritize high-leverage actions.
Through structured protocols, case studies, peer consultation, and real-time problem solving, DCs deepen their ability to analyze systems and drive measurable outcomes. Participants leave each session with sharpened tools, actionable next steps, and increased clarity around their role in advancing regional goals, ensuring continuous alignment and shared ownership across the Region.
