From Analysis to Response: Strengthening E C R Writing for all students through RBIS

In this workshop, teachers will deepen their understanding of the Extended Constructed Response (ECR) rubric and develop strategies to support Emergent Bilingual Students in meeting rigorous writing expectations. Participants will explore rubric-aligned instructional practices, scaffolds for language development, and effective approaches for helping Emergent Bilingual students analyze texts and construct evidence-based responses to texts.
