From Acceptance to Action: Using Games, Technology, and Student Choice in Stuttering Therapy

This session builds on a stutter-affirming therapy foundation by focusing on practical, motivating treatment for middle and high school students who stutter. Participants will learn how to introduce therapy, explain stuttering clearly, reduce shame, respect family beliefs, address teasing and bullying, and avoid making fluency the only goal.
