Strategies to Support School Based Mental Health

Complete Attendance
available in:

The upcoming two-part workshop series focuses on School-Based Mental Health Supports. This training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical strategies needed to recognize and respond to the impact of trauma, identify early signs of mental health concerns, and effectively support students experiencing behavioral or mental health crises. The goal is to strengthen school staff's confidence in creating safe, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive. The training will cover two key topics: first, understanding trauma and its impact on learning, including trauma-informed strategies for supporting students in school settings; and second, recognizing mental health warning signs in children and providing practical strategies for school staff to support student well-being.
