In this session series, system and campus leaders will strengthen their capacity to lead change, support continuous improvement, and implement effective observation and feedback cycles. Leaders will develop a shared understanding of high-quality observation and feedback practices, build skills in using the K–5 Math and RLA Foundational Skills Classroom Observation Tools, practice collecting objective evidence, calibrate on strong instructional practices, and deliver targeted, actionable feedback to support educator growth.
