Mapping the Path: (Zoom) Building Effective Transition Plans: Transition Assessments, Coordinated Set of Activities, and Postsecondary Goals

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Transition creates a pathway of Transition services to assist the student in reaching their postsecondary goals. With so much to navigate, participants will learn the difference between annual and transition goals, with a concentration in the three areas for post-secondary goals of training/education, employment, and independent living skills, as well as learn about age-appropriate transition assessments and a coordinated set of activities. In this three-part session via Zoom, the presenter covers Transition Assessments, A Coordinated Set of Activities, and Writing Appropriate, Measurable Postsecondary Goals. Participants will use the resources provided in order to take action toward improving practices and enhancing postsecondary outcomes for students. #TRANSITIONESC1
