Preventing the Summer Slide: A Parent's Guide to Summer Reading for Kids with Dyslexia (SPRING Virtual Workshop)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Session 1 (Fall): Understanding Dyslexia — Signs, Characteristics, and Supporting Your Child Through the School Year

As the school year winds down, this session helps parents keep reading skills strong over the summer break. We'll talk about why the "summer slide" can hit kids with dyslexia especially hard, and share practical, low-stress tips for keeping reading skills sharp — from easy daily routines to fun activities that don't feel like schoolwork. You'll leave this two-hour session with a toolkit of ideas to help your child head into the next school year confident and ready.
