This interactive, practice-based session strengthens T-TESS appraiser consistency across Domains 2 and 3: Instruction and Learning Environment. Participants will apply the five elements of high-quality scripting to capture objective, specific, and rubric-aligned evidence of teacher actions, student actions, and learner outcomes. Through evidence analysis, case studies, reflection on current scripting, and video-based observation practice, appraisers will align evidence to T-TESS descriptors, apply qualifiers and the preponderance of evidence, calibrate ratings, and develop actionable feedback that supports valid and reliable teacher observation data.
